My journey in the salon goes beyond technical skills, it’s a commitment to empowering women and helping clients to feel beautiful and comfortable in the look we together create. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Notice Period: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Arrival Time: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply. 4. Emergencies: • I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do our best to accommodate your situation.
